The Aktaion Summer Cinema

Kalamaria – Aretsou. "AKTAION" was the summer cinema of Anestis Arampoglou, a beloved cultural venue of the area, commonly referred to as "Aktaion Cinema. Today, the site houses the Ouzeri en Plo and the offices of the Progressive Association of Aretsou-Derkon. The photograph is from the 1960s, capturing the essence of the cinema's vibrant past. Notably, the urban bus stop nearby retained the name Aktaion, a testament to the lasting impact of the venue on the local community.
