The Mayor of Kalamaria throws the wreath at Epiphany

The Mayor of Kalamaria 1952 - 1964, Stavros Karatzas, Father Emilianos of the Church of St. Nicholas, at the bow of the boat, standing upright, Councillor Tzervenis, behind him the Sailor Scout with the wreath and other dignitaries.
